The Supplier Portal is our way of giving suppliers a dedicated space in the platform, while keeping you fully in control. This new feature allows you to onboard suppliers directly, outsource the management of their own data, and simplify the compliance process.

How it works

From your account, you can now create a supplier profile by entering:

  • Supplier name

  • Country

  • Contact email

The supplier will then receive an invitation link to access the platform. Their experience is similar to the main application, but with some restrictions—ensuring that you remain in control of the process.

What suppliers can do

Within their dedicated view, suppliers can:

  • Manage their profile information (name, country, contact details),

  • Create, upload, or draw plots they own,

  • Submit plots for approval by you (the app owner),

  • Manage their DDSs (Due Diligence Statements).

Once you approve a plot, the supplier will immediately see the EUDR compliance results. The best part? As soon as a plot is accepted, the platform automatically begins compliance assessment.

Why this matters

The Supplier Portal helps shift responsibility closer to the source. Instead of you manually gathering verification codes or plot data, suppliers can now manage their own information. You only need to approve their submissions, which saves time and ensures accuracy.

Continuous monitoring with Orbify

Compliance doesn’t stop after approval. The platform provides:

  • Ongoing monitoring of all DDSs,

  • Automatic notifications if a compliance status changes,

  • Yearly refreshes where required, handled seamlessly by the system.

This ensures you stay compliant without extra effort.

Built on an API-first approach

Everything available in the Supplier Portal is also accessible through the Orbify API. This means you can integrate the portal’s features into your own systems, workflows, or dashboards with minimal effort.

Final thoughts

The Supplier Portal makes compliance more collaborative and efficient. By giving suppliers the tools to manage their own plots and DDSs, while you keep control of approvals, the platform helps you reduce risk, improve accuracy, and streamline operations.
