We know how important it is to stay on top of your usage. That’s why Orbify now lets you enable email notifications when your account usage reaches key thresholds. With this feature, you’ll always know when you’re approaching or exceeding your limits - no surprises, just clarity and control.
How It Works
Orbify sends automatic email alerts to your chosen recipients when your usage crosses these thresholds:
50% of your limit – A friendly reminder that you’re halfway there.
80% of your limit – A heads-up that you’re nearing your cap.
100% of your limit – An alert that you’ve reached your limit.
This proactive approach helps you manage your resources effectively and plan ahead without disruption.
Setting Up Notifications
Enabling notifications is quick and easy:
Find the Settings section.
Go to your Notifications settings.
Toggle “Enable notifications” to turn on email alerts.
Manage Recipients
In the same settings page, you’ll see the list of email addresses currently set to receive notifications.
To add a new recipient, add the email addresses of the people you’d like to notify.
To remove someone, simply click the delete icon next to their address.
You can add up to 5 recipients.
