How to Create Your First Shipment

After creating a supplier and assigning the related plots, you can move on to creating your first shipment.

What is a shipment in the platform?

A shipment in our platform represents the full package of information related to the movement of goods, whether importing, exporting, or domestic. It combines:

  • the products or commodities being traded,

  • the role of the user (trader or operator),

  • all compliance data needed for traceability.

This means you can manage and monitor the entire process without juggling multiple tools or data models.

To begin, click on Create Shipment. You will be guided through a series of steps to correctly define and classify the shipment.

First, select the role of the company handling the shipment. Then, specify the type of activity this shipment falls under.

Next, add detailed information about the operator company, including:

  • The location where the company’s activity takes place

  • Any goods the company works with that are relevant to the scope of this project

Once all required information has been completed, you can create and submit your shipment.

All created shipments can be tracked in the Shipments section, where you can easily monitor their status and details at any time.
